How do I use my E-code?

Kitchen's Best Manufacturing Group Ltd. offers the best pricing to all customers. On occasions we may use an e-code for a special promotion or a special offer specific to a vendor. If you do not have an e-code be reassured you are still receiving our best offers.

If you have received an e-promotion, you can enter the code when proceeding to check out in the E-code box, just below the zip code/Postal code box.

IMPORTANT: In most cases, e-codes are reflected in your shopping cart and they will appear on your last step of the shopping cart check out process. If you have any questions, you may call customer service to assure your promotion.

Is my transaction information secure?

Payment

When does my credit card get charged?

Your credit card is not charged until your order is approved for shipping.

Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?

Certainly, when you finish entering your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation which will be sent to your e-mail address. In most cases once your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking number sent directly from the shipping company providing the service. In some cases, for shipments that weight less than 1kg/2.2 lbs., a tracking number may not be available as the shipper does not provide tracking for all types of delivery services. Please refer to your invoice under tracking number to see if and how you will be receiving a tracking number.

What are the different ways I can pay for my order?

It's easy to make a purchase with Kitchen's Best Manufacturing Group. You can pay using a VISA or MasterCard. We also accept bank drafts and money orders.

Shipping

What are my shipping options?

Currently we offer a wide range of shipping options including free ground shipping for most shipments within the United States and Canada. Express delivery and international shipping is available for an additional fee.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Actual shipment arrival depends on the shipping method and destination you select. Delivery is also influenced by order processing time (which includes billing verification and time to pick and pack your order). During busy periods and holidays, delivery may take longer than estimated so please allow extra time for product arrival. How can I get my order faster?

You can select Express delivery options for an additional fee. Please review your specific shipping options and fees directly on the last page of the shopping cart check out page.

Does Kitchen's Best Manufacturing Group Ltd. offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. We have 220-240 volt machines available for many products and we also carry a wide range of different plug types which are available. Please see your specific shipping rates and methods for your destination on the last page of the shopping cart check out page.

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?

Certainly. just enter the address where you want your product delivered, in the "Ship to" portion of the Checkout process. We do verify all transactions so please ensure you're using the correct card holder billing information to ensure your order is not stopped and delayed for incorrect billing information.

Can I ship to AA, APO or a PO Box address?

Yes, in the United States we also offer United States Postal Service delivery. Please note that your delivery may take 1-4 weeks longer that our standard UPS delivery service depending on your location. Visit Shipping and Delivery for more information. Yes, in Canada we also offer Canada Post delivery for all Canadian orders. We ship locally from our Canadian warehouse located just outside Vancouver, BC. This means fast delivery and no customs or duties for all Canadian orders and Canadian customers. Visit Shipping and Delivery for more information.

Yes, for International orders we offer delivery through the national postal system of the country of destination.

How do I return or send back an item for repair or service?

If one of your Kitchen's Best Manufacturing Group Ltd. products needs to be sent back for service or repair, please contact us to our customer service team at 1-888-769-5433 Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 4:30pm PST.

In order to identify all issue and choose the right solution for your particular case, we'll be happy to assist you personally by telephone. Please have ready a reasonable proof of purchase or your Kitchen's Best order number.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. Kitchen's Best will not be responsible for any products returned without prior authorization.

Visit our international Dealers and Service Centers outside the United States and Canada.

Registering your warranty is an important step for protecting your investment and to ensure you receive important notices and updates. Registration is quick and easy; please register all your purchases on line.

If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?

After your return shipment is received and processed, a refund will be issued in the same method that the original payment was made. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.
