How Does a Water Ionizer Work?

Water Ionizers use a two step process. First a solid carbon filter removes things like chlorine and organic volatile chemicals; however carbon is not capable of removing the healthy dissolved minerals like magnesium, calcium and potassium. Next the ionization process separates those remaining dissolved solids into two parts.
