Orders received by 1:00pm PST are generally shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 1:00pm or otherwise outside of business hours will be shipped on the next business day. In the event that any items ordered are not available for immediate delivery, our Customer Service Department will notify you. Although most orders are shipped as stated above please allow up to two full business days to process your order.
Please allow two business days before calling customer service if you feel you should have received a tracking number and have not. You may save time by checking your spam folder in your e-mail box for tracking number notification.
Continental US Orders are shipped via UPS ground service from our various United States warehouse locations. If you have taken advantage of our free regular ground shipping, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
Continental US and International Small Packets Under 1kg/2.2 lbs are shipped via USPS. If you have taken advantage of our free regular ground shipping, please allow 8-10 business days for delivery. Air service delivery is available for an additional fee.
Non-Continental US, AA, APO and PO Box address's are shipped via USPS. For some destinations, expedited delivery service may take up to 6 weeks. Express Mail/Priority Mail service is available for an additional fee. For these destinations, we recommend using Express Mail/Priority Mail delivery service.
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post from our warehouse outside Vancouver, British Columbia. Xpress post delivery is available for an additional fee. If you have taken advantage of our free regular ground shipping, please allow 6-10 business days for delivery.
International orders are shipped by ground or air service using the national postal system of the country of destination. Please note that ground service for international orders takes in average of 6-8 weeks for delivery; however, some destinations may be remote and therefore delivery may take even longer. We strongly recommend selecting express or air service since delivery is much faster and tends to be more reliable.
